A warrior in prayer, a worshipper, a woman of integrity, a witness to truth, a shepherd of God’s people, and a humble servant, these words beautifully encapsulate the life and ministry of Pastor Jayme McCrimmon.
Born, raised, and educated in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Pastor McCrimmon answered the call of God early in life. At the age of 20, she was born again and filled with the Holy Ghost at the Church of the Holy Trinity under the pastorate of the late Bishop Arthur Christian, marking the beginning of a lifelong commitment to Christ and His church.
Her foundation in ministry was further strengthened as she faithfully served as an aide to Evangelist Rita Twiggs, gaining invaluable experience in evangelistic and administrative ministry. Alongside her husband, Elder Danny McCrimmon, she served at Capital Temple Church of God in Christ under the leadership of the late Elder Ricky McCrimmon, fulfilling multiple roles with excellence—including Evangelist, Financial CEO, and Administrative Assistant. In every capacity, her service reflected diligence, humility, and a heart fully surrendered to God’s will.
In God’s divine timing, Pastor McCrimmon was raised to take the helm as shepherd of the flock. Through both her life and the preached Word, she teaches God’s people to embrace praise and worship as a lifestyle not merely a service element. This revelatory teaching has transformed lives, ushered in a new sound within Capital Temple, and reignited a passion for authentic worship among believers.

As a result, many have come from near and far to hear the message, and the church continues to grow both spiritually and numerically.
Pastor Jayme McCrimmon teaches with urgency and holy fervor, ministering as one fully aware of the times. With a deep burden for souls, she prepares the people of God for the “gathering of the remnant,” in accordance with Romans 9:27and Isaiah 10:22–23, calling believers to righteousness, readiness, and unwavering faith in Jesus Christ.
